Dodd's Gin Welcome to Day 15 of #GinMonth as I review Dodd's Gin.

Sweet and spicy with sherbet and spices, lovely stuff.

Tasting Notes & Details

Nose

(straight) an odd but interesting nose on this gin with juniper and lime coming through first followed by a raspberry and unusual woody note

(with tonic) junipe and floral notes coming through strong along with mixed raspberry and lime peel.

Palate

(straight) sweet and sherbety, a woody influence, juniper and lime yummy and spicy notes.

(with tonic) sweet, very sweet with lime juice and fresh sherbet dib dabs with hints of chalk.

Finish

(straight) touch spicy and lots of sherbet

(with tonic) sweet and sherbet.
