Tomatin / The Whisky Barrel

Tomatin 12yr Burns Malt (The Whisky Barrel) Review

Tomatin 12yr Burns Malt (The Whisky Barrel) Part of a wee series of Burns Malt single cask bottlings from The Whisky Barrel this is the Tomatin 12yr Burns Malt.

I'm a huge fan of this distillery and this really dark sherried dram looked right up my street, there was a hint of rubber on the palate but nothing major and it actually adds to the dram for me, lots of huge sherry notes of dried fruit and mixed nuts too, a real winter dram.

Thanks Again to the guys at The Whisky Barrel for the official sample.
