Appleton 8 Year Old Reserve Review

appleton 8 Tasted as part of a rum tweet tasting rganised by Appleton Rum and The Floating Rum Shack this was a great opportunity for me to try more of a spirit that i really haven't spent as much time with as i should, i've spent time with the usual white rum and dark rum and coke, but with some recent rum casked whiskies i've wanted to try more rum and so this was a great opportunity.

A dark rum blended from 20 pot and column still rums from Jamaica. This was aged for a minimum of 8 years and it offers lots of dark sugar, and honey character. Great value for money because whilst it's great in cocktails, it's also very good neat.

Another one you can pick up from Master of Malt
