A cracking young dram that starts odd and becomes better and better, with chocolate and spices.

It's drams like these that make me glad i'm a member of The Scotch Malt Whisky Society and would like to thank them for this sample.

Tasting Notes & Details


Initially very raw almost unpleasant until it settles in the glass and becomes more chocolatey specifically lindt Lindor with hints of gentle spices and touches of hard cheese like grated parmesan.


Sweet sugar coated almonds with touches of demerara sugar wrapped cinnamon buns,


Medium length with almond sweetness.
