Glenrothes Select Reserve Review

The Glenrothes Select Reserve Thank you to The Glenrothes Distillery and Helen at Big Partnership for the official sample of The Glenrothes Select Reserve.

You may remember my recent article here which gives details of how this whisky is now available as part of The Whisky Shop's top ten as well as being available in Asda and Sainsbury's.

It's well worth a try and just for the record this review has not been influenced in anyway by the source of the sample.

Tasting Notes & Details

Nose

Lovely new oak, smells young but lots of vanilla and floral notes like floral gums

Palate

malted barley, digestive biscuits, sweet citrus fruits and zest more of the vanilla and floral gums

Finish

very subtle but last and lasts
