Glen Elgin / Wemyss Malts

Wemyss Malts Eastern Promise Review

Wemyss Seaweed on the Rocks The fourth in a series of Wemyss Malts reviews, this one again from the latest October 2013 batch of releases is Eastern Promise a 1995 vintage from the Glen Elgin distillery.

This is the first time i've had a Glen Elgin and my first impression is really good, there is the lovely rose water turkish delight nose in there giving it the name Eastern promise but it's way more than that, a lovely dram this.

many thanks to Wemyss Malts for the official sample.
