The 2012 batch is made up from 4 grains and 35 malts with the core malts of Glenburgie and Miltonduff as per all the Ballantines range.

Tasting Notes & Details

Nose

Subtle vanilla with sliced pink lady apple and manuka honey, a slight cinnamon like note and some treacle scone and dough like notes

Palate

A touch malty with hints of lightly toasted bread and honey.
