Tomatin / Tomatin

Tomatin 12 Year Old Review

Tomatin 12 Tasted at Glasgow's Whisky Club's Tomatin Night, this is the Tomatin 12

Next up was the Tomatin 12 Year Old, one of the staple ones in the collection now, replacing the old Tomatin 10 year Old, this is produced by maturing Tomatin in bourbon casks for 11 and a half years then a sixx month finishing in Oloroso casks.

The weakest ABV wise of the night, Alistair did however say there are plans to move this to 43% which is an improvement although i'd like to see it at 46% and non chill filtered like the 18 Year Old.
