Arran Batch 1 (That Boutique-y Whisky Company) Review

Arran - Batch 1 (That Boutique-y Whisky Company) Another cracker of a single cask dram from That Boutiqu-y Whisky Company this time its Arran Batch 1.

Everything from Arran that I've tried really has been really nice and i'm going to try to sort out some more.

The bottle comes bearing a wonderful comic book-style label of a scene from the island.

The scene depicts the artist, Emily Chappell, and a friend of hers on an ill-fated kayaking expedition - shipwrecked on the island and desperately flagging down the Waverley cruise ship which goes from Glasgow to Arran. The eagle in the foreground is a reference to the nesting eagles which postponed the distillery's build in the 1990s!

This is Batch 1, with a release of 211 numbered bottles.

not much of this still left so pop along to Master of Malt and get it as soon as possible.
