Tasting Notes & Details

Nose

the nose on this starts off really quite prickly on the nose, it comes across more alcoholic that it is, there's touches of lemongrass and crunchy green apples with a slight menthol note and a very light caramel note. A little water opens this up and adds floral gums and pineapple juice

Palate

the palate on this is really spikey and prickly, a little water opens it up and tames it down and the lemongrass, floral gums and pineapple juice come out,

Finish

really prickly straight but eases off lovely with a few drops of water and becomes an easy drinking dram.
