Yellow Spot After the recent SPSWhiskey Tweet Tasting i really wanted to try this Yellow Spot whiskey

i really enjoyed this whiskey and preferred it to the Green Spot from the Tasting.

Tasting Notes & Details

Nose

huge apple like note, proper crunchy green granny smiths with a touch of rocha pear in there too, quite sweet initially then goes to light grassy notes and some malt loaf with weetabix.

Palate

quite malty to begin with then it goes fruity like appletiser and vimto, then more fresh apple and touches of weetabix

Finish

long finish, smooth and appley
