Bailie Nicol Jarvie / Glenmorangie

Bailie Nicol Jarvie Review

Bailie Nicol Jarvie It's about time i spent more time drinking Blends and not being as snobbish to only drink malts so i recently opened my bottle of Bailie Nicol Jarvie and i'm really glad i did.

Made and blended by Glenmorangie this is a fantastic dram that happily sits as a cracker when used as a day to day dram or session dram.

You can get it in most supermarkets and also from specialists like Master of Malt and The Whisky Exchange

Tasting Notes & Details

Nose

Initial malty, malted biscuits/digestives with a sweet honey note underlying, there's a gentle hint of smoke there, i expected a little dewy grass notes from the grain but it comes across more malt based.

Palate

malty and sweet with a touch of dewy grass and vanilla

Finish

malt biscuits and honey
