Tasting Notes & Details

Nose

The nose starts off very sweet before it kicks into a slightly smoky note, like i get from the chiminea at home, burnt wood/charcoally, the sweetness is still there though like a touch of fresh melon and grape, a sniff of seaside saltyness wafts around also.

Palate

seaside saltiness comes on the front and then a touch of charcoal charred wood and some tropical fruits also.

Finish

salty and charred with sweetness coming in and out .
