Tasting Notes & Details

Nose

crisp clean and floral, notes of carnations and violets, some grassy notes, touches of oak goodness and a little spicy edge, maybe a touch of cayenne pepper

Palate

dewy grass and wood spices, touches of pine and a dash of freshly scraped vanilla pod.

Finish

really long, really really long, a little sweet and a lot spicy
