Purchased by my brother and brought round for a sample this is stunning stuff with lots of frtuit and nuts, specifially almonds, this most definitely makes me want to drink more Aberlour.

Tasting Notes & Details

Nose

initially some nuts, crushed almonds specifically, dried fruit and christmas cake, Dundee Cake ( i love dundee cake ) sweet sherry, lovely nose

Palate

dried fruit, nuts and a little chocolate, like a dark chocolate fruit and nut bar.

Finish

smooth and sweet, lasting nut flavour
