Tasting Notes & Details

Nose

Lots of dewy grass, that smell from opening the tent zip first thing in the morning at the side of Loch Lomond, carnation flowers, double cream, pears and a wee hint of pepper

Palate

smooth as silk, lots of cream and honey, sweet and a little peary

Finish

little tickle of pepper on the throat but super smooth other than that.
