English Whisky Company Chapter 6 Review

English WHisky Co Chapt 6 First of a couple of reviews of English Whisky Company whisky. This English Whisky Company Chapter 6 sample was sent to me by the very nice Dave Worthington (@WhiskyDiscovery) from the WhiskyDiscovery blog

I was very pleasantly surprised by this, the nose and taste were of an almost lowland Scotch nature, there are some harsh wood notes which i would put down to the youthfullness of the whisky, similar to the Glenuntitled 100 day sample but they are mainly masked by quite a sweet grassy note.

Why not pop over to The Whisky Exchange and pick up some to try.

Tasting Notes & Details

light wet grass, lots of citrus lemons limes and tarte Clementine light oak wood and freshly made caramel

very oaky with a citrus kick again, slight prickle on the tongue

smooth on the way down but prickly after
