Wild Geese / Wild Geese

Wild Geese Limited Edition 4th Centennial Review

Wild Geese Limited Edition 4th Centennial Tasted as part of Femke (@Girl_Whisky) of whiskygirl.nl's MTWTA_2 (Mystery Twitter Whisky Tasting Adventure) whisky tasting on 1st November.

This was a great wee whisky, one which i'd managed to pin down the strength and eventually after about 3000 clues i got what it was. It tasted very familiar and would happly recommend this cracking Irish whiskey.

Tasting Notes & Details

Nose

nose very familiar nose, would almost suggest slight grain whisky! It's sweet and had touches of custard creams, malt and vanilla

Palate

smooth and creamy, a little tickle to the throat but nothing major, more of the vanilla notes with tangy blood oranges

Finish

more tangy oranges, and smooth finish
