Rebel Yell Small Batch Reserve Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey Review

Rebel Yell Small Batch Reserve Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey The amount of Scotch that requires ex bourbon or ex sherry barrels is huge so, as whisky drinkers, we need to also drink Bourbon and Sherry to ensure the right stocks for our whisky so when the chance to join this Rebel Yell tasting popped up i jumped at it.

This is the Small batch Reserve Kentucky Straight Bourbon from their range and its around £30 odd a bottle which is seriously affordable. Not quite as easy going as the standard bottling, this has a little bit more to it.

Dried banana chips, vanilla, and a smattering of peppery spice this has enough to it to drink straight, but i'm sure if would also be perfectly happy as a base to a good cocktail also.

Pick up a bottle from Master of Malt.

Sampled as part of a twitter tasting organised by The Whisky Wire and some very generous samples.
