Bowmore 26yr 1991 The Chairman’s Legacy (Carn Mor Bequest) Review

Bowmore 26yr 1991 - The Chairman’s Legacy (Carn Mor Bequest) This limited edition Bowmore made up from four casks from 1991 marks the retirement of Morrison and Mackays chairman Brian Morrison

A delicious old school dram, lots of proper sweet banana loaf smoke then tropical fruits and that hint of menthol and eucalyptus that is a sure fire sign of good age on a bottle.

A pricey bottle at over £300 but this is delicious stuff and the contents definitely warrant it.

Available from all good whisky specialists such as Master of Malt.

Thanks to Graeme from Morrison & Mackay for the sample.
