Ben Nevis / Claxtons

Ben Nevis 17 year old (Claxtons) Review

Ben Nevis 17 year old (Claxtons) Another single cask example from Claxtons, I've enjoyed a good amount of different drams from Claxtons and this was yet another.

Another distillery I haven't spent enough time with, and there are plenty of interesting indepedent bottlings out there, so i think i need to dig them out.

Delicious dram filled with lots of tropical fruit and fresh sweet notes, a hint of meaty cold cured meats and a splash of pepper spice for good measure, this is a delicious wee dram of yumminess.

Thanks to Claxton's Spirits for the official sample.
