Teeling 24 Year Old - Vintage Reserve Collection Review

Teeling 24 Year Old - Vintage Reserve Collection A 24 year old Teeling from their vintage collection, initially matured in ex bourbon before a finishing period in sauternes, this sounds right up my street.

The cask combinations have added cask char and sweetness giving this a nose and taste of manuka honey, with lots of sweetness and a mix of tinned fruits and watery melon like fruitiness, this is deliciously drinkable and robust and complex enough to keep you interested. A nice dram indeed.

Seems to be sold out everywhere but keep trying specialists like Master of Malt and The Whisky Exchange for future releases.

Thanks to Teeling for the official sample
