Caol Ila / Gordon & MacPhail

Caol Ila 2005 Cask Strength (Gordon and MacPhail) Review

Caol Ila 2005 Cask Strength (Gordon and MacPhail) A Gordon and MacPhail cask strength Caol Ila, made up from a few casks making this small batch, is something that i immediately go Yum to and i wasn't wrong.

Filled with fruity sweet smoke, raspberry pavlova and salty shellfish this is a sublime dram that shows just how epic Caol Ila can be and especially at a higher ABV.

This is a must have in your collection if you like peated drams, it's exceptional.

Available to buy from specialists like Master of Malt

Many thanks to Gordon & MacPhail for the official sample.
