Inchgower / Gordon & MacPhail

Inchgower 2002 Connoisseurs Choice (Gordon and MacPhail) Review

Inchgower 2002 Connoisseurs Choice (Gordon and MacPhail) Another interesting Gordon and MacPhail whisky in the form of this Inchgower 2002 Connoisseurs Choice bottling.

Huge apple/pear orchard fruits running throughout this dram, it's a very tasty dram and from a distillery i really need to look at more and more, very nice indeed a real "Cork Burner" of a dram.

Available to buy from from The Whisky Barrel

Thanks to Gordon & MacPhail for the official sample.

Tasting Notes & Details

Nose

sweet tangy apples and tropical fruit juicy, lots of sweetness here, there's a haribo tangtastic like tangy note but without that really cheek drawing sourness

Palate

Oh yum a juicy fresh apple note again, dipped in vermicelli chocolate strands, hints of dark chocolate shavings, orchard fruit peel, sweet sugared almonds and m&m shells

Finish

Light fresh juicy orchard fruits ongoing.
