Bowmore 1999 Old Particular Feis Ile 2016 (Douglas Laing) Review

Bowmore 1999 Old Particular Feis Ile 2016 (Douglas Laing) Way back in March when this dram was announced i was really excited, as Douglas Lain really do produce some damn great drams, but i somehow managed to refrain from tying this until very recently.

A lot comes down to knowing that once the sample was gone, it was gone and i couldn't sit and relax with more as I was too stupid to pick up a bottle of this, I also didn't go to Islay for Feis Ile which again was a silly mistake.

This is a coastal, salty, sandy, BBQ, delicious example of a Bowmore and shows yet again the great cask handling and selection by the guys and gals at Douglas Laing.

Sold out everywhere, although Master of Malt have it by the sample.

Thanks to Douglas Laing for the official sample.
