Rare Cask Reserves Ghosted Reserve 26 Year Old Review

Rare Cask Reserves Ghosted Reserve 26 Year Old This Rare Cask Reserves Ghosted Reserve 26 Year Old was tasted as part of a tweet tasting in conjunction with William Grants and The Whisky Wire (@thewhiskywire).

The Rare Cask Reserves Ghosted Reserves are a series of drams which featured distilleries that are no long with us, thus the Ghosted Reserve element. This particular blended malt includes Inverleven, Ladyburn amongst other closed and demolished distilleries.

Hugely sweet, juicy and fruity, this is right up my street, pears, apricots and fleshy fruits aplenty in here, it still needs you to make the effort but the rewards are so worth it.

Available to buy from Specialists such as Master of Malt

Thanks again to William Grants and The Whisky Wire (@thewhiskywire) for including me on the tasting.
