Thatchers Somerset Redstreak and Katy Cider Review

Thatchers 2015 Vintage Oak Aged Somerset Cider This is one of a couple of new release Thatchers Ciders that I was very kindly sent to review by the amazing guys and girls at Thatchers.

This cider uses Katy apples which are sharp Culinary apples that I liked in it's own Thatchers Katy Cider and a Somerset Redstreak which is a Bittersweet Cider Apple.

I really really like this cider, it has some of that bitter sharp notes but they're hidden well behind a wall of delicious sweetness and I would happily drink more of this.

This cider is only available at the Thatchers farm shop at Myrtle Farm in Somerset.

Thanks to Thatchers Cider for the sample of this fine cider.
