Cornish Cloudy Farmhouse Cider (Marks and Spencer) Review

Cornish Cloudy Farmhouse Cider (Marks and Spencer) Another from my visit to Marks and Spencer this Cornish Cloudy Farmhouse Cider from Healeys Cyder is described as fresh and deliciously crisp.

Fresh I would agree with, but it's almost too fresh it's fresh air, there's not a huge amount to it, it's really too light and fresh and so,comes across almost invisible or like drinking elderflower infused water.

I was expecting this to be big and punchy but it isn't ... Can't help be a little disappointed in this one from what I thought it would be.

Personally I wouldn't pick up another of them, although drinkable, It just doesn't come across as appley as i enjoy and is just a little too forgettable.

Tasting Notes & Details

Nose

Really quite fresh, much more so that I expected, sweet Apple juice and hints of gentle floral notes, gentle on the nose need to,stick you nose right in the glass to get a big whiff.

Palate

Again light, actually more like water infused with elderflower, than strong Apple notes, very easy to drink but not as appley as I'd like it to be.

Finish

Light floral, gone quickly
