Celtic Marches / Celtic Marches

Thundering Molly Cider Review

Thundering Molly My supermarket cider sweep turned up this Thundering Molly Cider and I love the packaging on this, very stylised and reminiscent of the pin up girls painted onto US airforce aircraft.

Described as a well rounded medium cider let's give it a try.

Well this is very very tasty, easy drinking and with enough of an apple punch to remind you of where the base product comes from. Tangy and sweet at the same time I could easily drink my way through a good number of these, nice stuff indeed.

Check them out at Celtic Marches and definitely look out for this when you're looking for a cider.

Tasting Notes & Details

Nose

Oh toffee apples come through strongly here, appley de or appletizer and hints of sticky toffee sauce, tangy Apple slices and fruity Apple chewits.

Palate

Sweet and tangy, massive Apple hit, lots of juicy apples and hints of toffee sauce in the background,

Finish

Slightly drying but tangy and appley yum.
