Bolee D Armorique Cidre Brut Review

Bolee D Armorique Cidre Brut This Bolee D Armorique Cidre Brut was a cider I picked up in my local off licence, Ellies Cellar.

Made from 100% pure first press Breton juices this French cidre sounds like it will be exactly my type of drink.

A really interesting cider, the nose is sticky toffee sauce and apples, the palate much less so but more sparkling light apple juice, if the paste matched the nose this would have been my favourite ever cider but with the lightness it's still fabulous but just nit as tasty as I hoped it would

Tasting Notes & Details

Nose

Really interesting nose like sticky toffee sauce on stewed apples, really sweet and sticky, some floral hints in here too, this nose is fabulous, really interesting and juicy.

Palate

Sweet light gentle, much lighter than I expected from the nose, not as much juicy toffee sweetness, but very very drinkable, that hint of sparkle is odd but tasty

Finish

Quite dry, tasty and juicy.
