Glendronach 12 Year Old Review

Glendronach 12 Year Old Day 13 on the whisky advent calendar was this Glendronach 12 Year Old.

I've tried a good number of Glendronach drams so this standard bottling is one that I was really interested in trying.

A really odd one for me this dram, spicy and fruity, tangy and peppery lots of really interesting flavours but that slight rubbery note on the nose caught me by surprise, it's not as pronounced as I get on some sherried drams but is enough that I prefer bourbon drams instead.
