Bruichladdich Islay Barley 2006 Dunlossit Farm Review

Bruichladdich Islay Barley 2006 Dunlossit Farm Another cracker from Bruichladdich, this time the Bruichladdich Islay Barley 2006 Dunlossit Farm.

With exacting knowledge of where the barley has come from this makes it a very interesting dram and one i was excited to try.

Tasting Notes & Details

Nose

very sweet but natural not a refined sugary sweetness, more sweet plums and nectarines winey on the nose with manuka honey goodness

Palate

again very sweet more manuka honey, this time with added malted biscuits and some youthful wood notes

Finish

just right, a lovely, in fact amazing, dram
