Pedro Ximenez Don Guido V.O.S. Review

Pedro Ximénez Don Guido V.O.S. I’ve been drinking whisky, including sherried whiskies for over 20 years but i’ve never really had sherry on it’s own other than a wee glass of Oloroso at a Highland Park tasting.

As part of the Sherrynotes (@sherrynotes) www.sherrynotes.com #SherryTT twitter tasting this Pedro Ximinez was the fifth and last sherry of the evening.

The sweetness in here is extreme, a bit too extreme in that i could drink this with a salty cheese etc but on it’s own it’s too cloying for me, but still delicious.

Thanks to Sherrynotes (@sherrynotes) www.sherrynotes.com for including me on this tasting.
