This is amazing and yet again shows why so many people love this dram, smoke and freshness go hand in hand, John Glaser really does know his stuff.

Tasting Notes & Details

Nose

Light citrusy smoke, like a fire of lemongrass and lemon peel, then lots of bitter citrus orange peel along with the waxy edge, beeswax and Christmas cake spices, vanilla sugar and hints of chalky Edinburgh rock.

Palate

Sweet chalky citrus smoke, honey roast vegetables and waxy orange and lemon peel, light syrup and gentle fresh pears, haribo tangtastics and a hint of cinnamon spices and vanilla cream

Finish

Vanilla cream, light syrup, lemon peel,and cinnamon
