Bruichladdich Organic Scottish Barley Review

Bruichladdich Organic Scottish Barley I Was seriously looking forward to this organic barley, I love trying different barley options and this was no different.

Oh this is lovely, a little tangy on the finish but the malty, sweetness from the nose and palate make this such a delicious sitting sipping dram.

This is a Travel Exclusive Line, which you can try picking up in your local travel retail outlet.

Thanks to Bruichladdich for the official sample

Tasting Notes & Details

Nose

There's something very interesting about this, it's very malty, malt loaf and toasted soreen loaf coming through strongly, chalky Edinburgh rock and sweet and salty popcorn and floral notes

Palate

This is very malty, there's dried fruits and gentle vanilla also, malt loaf in vanilla custard with hints of chopped almonds and marzipan with a hit of sour dough bread and sweet Demerara sugar

Finish

Sweet, with a twist of haribo tangtastics
