Uberach W.L.P 10th edition 2013 Review

UberachThis Uberach W.L.P 10th edition 2013 was tasted way back in october 2013 as part of the #FrenchWhiskyTT organised by Franck (@LaCaveDeCobalt) to celebrate the third birthday of his blog at La Cave De Cobalt.

The notes from this tasting have all been sitting in my little note book since as for some reason i've forgotten about them, so time to dig them out and let them loose of the world.

This particular dram from Distillerie Bertrand The WLP edition, which stands for Whisky Live Paris is a vatting of left overs from casks 101, 102, 103 and 105 bottled during the past four editions of the festival it's vegetal on the nose, almost too much with artificial sweetener (hermasetas or sweetex) the palate and finish have this artifical sweetener note also, a bit too much even for me.

Thanks again to Franck (@LaCaveDeCobalt) for the opportunity to take part and apologies on the delay in posting.
