G.Rozelieures Rare Collection Review

G.Rozelieures Rare CollectionThis G.Rozelieures Rare Collection was tasted way back in october 2013 as part of the #FrenchWhiskyTT organised by Franck (@LaCaveDeCobalt) to celebrate the third birthday of his blog at La Cave De Cobalt.

The notes from this tasting have all been sitting in my little note book since as for some reason i've forgotten about them, so time to dig them out and let them loose of the world.

This particular dram from La Maison de la Mirabelle distillery is both fruity, malt loaf dried fruits style, and a lot of spice and pepper. lots of pepper and spice on the palate along with calming vanilla, it feels like quite young whisky which has a lot of potential in the future as it ages.

Thanks again to Franck (@LaCaveDeCobalt) for the opportunity to take part and apologies on the delay in posting.
