Glenrothes 1975 Vintage Review

Glenrothes 19752015 is a big year for me personally as it is my 40th in May, as such I will be posting a number of 1975 vintages or 40 year old whiskies this year, starting with this Back Glenrothes 1975.

This is a fabulous aged dram which has retained all that Glenrothes sweetness i know and love withut having too much of influence from the woodwhich can happen with drams of this age.

This is a fabulously drinkable dram, scarily so as i could easily see myself drinking way too much of this of a night. I really enjoyed this dram and it makes a great start to the series celebrating my 40th.
