Compass Box The General Review

The GeneralMany thanks to the awesome Johanne (@WhiskyLassie) from the Whisky Lassie blog for this sample of, this now completely sold out, Compass Box The General.

The General is a blend of two blended whiskies from two secret companies, both which were blended at a young age then left unused in the cask for a long period of time.

This is an exquisite and definitely old dram, fruity, leathery, spicy it has everything you would want in a dram and i now wish i'd tried this earlier and went out and bought a bottle, i might have to do some auction hunting now.

Thanks again to Johanne (@WhiskyLassie) for the opportunity to try this dram.
