Benromach Sassicaia Wood Finish Review

BenromachKnowing that i like sweet Port finished whiskies my friend Adrian (@mynameisgone) from the Whisky Chronicle blog sent me a sample of this Benromach Sassicaia.

Distilled in 2005 and bottled 2012 this was finised for 29 months in Sassicaia wood giving it a real jammy fruity flavour which works really well, this is a definite fruity lovely dram

Sold out everywhere i look this one looks to be an auction purchase to get a bottle now.
