Jura 21 Year Old (200th Anniversary) Review

Isle of Jura This sample of the Isle of Jura 21 Year Old (200th Anniversary) bottling for the tweet tasting is utterly stunning.

The nose is subtle yet holds all the same information and family ties as the other Juras, my new favourite Jura.

If you can find one, snap it up.

Tasting Notes & Details

Nose

more dried fruits from the sherry cask but papaya, banana, mango still with salty sea air and a touch of grass dew

Palate

sweet and subtle, still that dewy grass, dark chocolate and some chrystalised orange sweets, grans clootie dumpling

Finish

drying finish, but very light, easy drinking, sweet sherry
