I've been dramming for a good number of years now and one of my all time turn to drams has always been the Bunnahabhain 12 year old which was one of the very first drams i really got unusual flavours
The standard Bunnahabhain 12 Year Old bottling ( review.php?articleid=1200 ) was one of the first whiskies I enjoyed as I begun my journey into whisky in my late teens and early twenties, with a nose that was all chocolate and would make you instantly think Speyside, this ex bourbon single cask variant i am sure will hold something completely different.
