Dingle Gin

Dingle Gin Welcome to Day 22 of #GinMonth as I review Dingle Gin.

A wonderful sample of gin provided to me by the very lovely Charlie (@The_Lady_Sybil) from The Gin Fuelled Blue Stocking, many thanks for the sample!

An interesting gin from this new Irish gin distillery I really enjoyed this one!

Bottle Name Dingle Gin
Bottler Dingle
Distiller Dingle
Age* NAS
ABV 42.50%
Type Gin
Country/Region Ireland / Please Select
Nose (straight) Seville orange peel and some lemon juice and the juniper coming through lovely and strong and with a real freshness, lovely stuff

(with tonic) sweet and orangey with a real juniper freshness in here
Taste (straight) bitter orange peel and juniper with hints of ginger creeping in

(with tonic) the bitter orange is still there but it has gone a little more sweet and the ginger spiuce has gone completely
Finish (straight) quite spicy and tangy

(with tonic) sweet orangey tropicana and juniper
