Bruichladdich The Organic

First up was this cracking Bruichladdich The Organic a cracker of a dram that i really really enjoyed and has instantly been added to the i need a bottle of this list. Fully traceable back to the farms that the barley came from this really does represent Islay well.

Definitely has a grape like quality, lots of nice oak and vanilla custard, touches of the fruity malt loaf that my wife likes too Settles in the glass really nicely and goes quite like good quality custard creams

oh thats quite light and not what i was expecting, lots of lovely custard creams and malt loaf with a dash of quality white wine

popping candy sensation as it warms the cheeks
