Arran Batch 4 (That Boutique-y Whisky Company)
This is the day 11 dram from my Whisky Advent Calendar, and the third time I've tried a That Boutique-y Whisky Company Arran batch after previously having batch 1 and batch 3.
Sweet peppery and filled with juicy tinned pears, I really enjoy Arran drams and this is no different, lovely flavours and very much the kind of dram that works in all seasons.

And there it is that lovely combination of dusty and sweet that comes with single cask Arran drams, first comes that dusty dunnage note followed by really sweet tinned pears in light syrup, hints of crushed chalky Edinburgh rock, and a spike of acetone.
Sweet juicy pears in light syrup, very sweet, with some additional caramelising sugar, then pepper and haribo tangtastics, the pepperyness is sweet rather than spicy though,
Pepper and sweet syrup, yum
