Jeffersons Very Small Batch Bourbon

Jeffersons Very Small Batch Bourbon Tasted as part of a Jeffersons Tweet Tasting hosted by Steve Rush (@thewhiskywire) from The Whisky Wire, this Jeffersons Very Small Batch Bourbon was the first dram of the evening.

This was a really interesting dram and was my favourite of the tasting, i really enjoyed the lightness to this and although i noted that some of my fellow tweeters were getting a strong Rye note this was something I didn't get and thought instead that it was really quite sweet.

Seriously drinkable and definitely one i want to try in old Fashioned's and Whiskey Sours this was a dram that i will be picking up soon.

vanilla and lots of it, fresh and sweet, hints of albus oil, hints of orange peel, a slight hint of cask char in there, the sweetness goes a little coconut like and a very slight hint of floral notes

Smooth and sweet, boiled sweet fruitiness, haribo tangtastics without the sour bits, orange peel and more albus oil, vanilla ice cream and American cream soda float drinks

Sweet juicy vanilla, yum
