SMWS 50.58 A Seesaw of Spring Cleaning and Scones
Another from The Scotch Malt Whisky Society whisky for a year selection from this year as September's bottle was this 50.58 A Seesaw of Spring Cleaning and Scones from what could possible be called a currently closed distillery.
What a lovely dram this is, lots of sweetness and grassy / floral notes which really work with a hint of gingery spice, a lovely dram and one i'm very glad to have tried.
If you are a whisky fan you really should consider joining The Scotch Malt Whisky Society.
A blast of dusty old furniture then lots of lemongrass and grassy notes before gentle dark fruits of raisins and sultanas encompassed in doughy soggy wet white bread
Sweet and lemony lots of cut grass and wet grass with lemongrass and root vegetables and hints of soggy white bread
Grows a little gingery but very lemony
