Jura 30 year old (Wm Cadenhead)
It's no secret i'm a bit of a fanboy of Jura whiskies, so when i heard about this dram I ran to my local Cadenheads shop and put my name straight on the list ... in 7th place.

Blind Pig Whiskey Honey and Apple Cider
I'm all for interesting, sweet, and tasty cider and cider based drinks so when I seen this Blind Pig Whiskey Honey and Apple Cider in the supermarket i just had to pick up a bottle to give it a try, and well... it said Whiskey too!

Port Dundas 11yr Old Particular (Douglas Laing)
I've been through a couple of this bottles, and a sample, before getting round to finally writing my notes on this, its just so damn drinkable.

This dram is a sister cask to the Mystery Single Grain that i tried at Douglas Laing a couple of years back.

Cameronbridge 24yr Old Particular (Douglas Laing)
When someone suggested matching this Cameronbridge 24 year old with a spiced mixed fruit scone with clotted cream and mixed fruit jam i was a little sceptical, but it was an absolute delight.

Loch Lomond 19yr Old Particular (Douglas Laing)
Another interesting Douglas Laing single grain this Loch Lomond 19 year old has much more cereal and spice notes than i was expecting.
