When someone suggested matching this Cameronbridge 24 year old with a spiced mixed fruit scone with clotted cream and mixed fruit jam i was a little sceptical, but it was an absolute delight.

a 50 year old single grain whisky, yes please, anything that is older than you are really has to be experienced to be believed and when you get to a certain age it becomes harder to find whiskies that are of that extra age.
