FEW Delilahs 23rd Anniversary Whiskey
I've spoken about FEW before so I'm not going to dive into the brand its self too much.
Wild Turkey Longbranch
Back on the American Whiskey today with an absolute banger. Longbranch, the latest addition to the Wild Turkey range.
Dalmore 12 Year Old
Today I’m getting back to basics and delving into some Dalmore 12 year old.
Hazelburn 10 Year Old

Compass Box Phenomenology
'Phenomenology: The Philosophical study of the Structures of experience and consciousness' Epic Name.
Compass Box No Name
This is Compass Box's 'Peatiest Dram Yet' (Damn Right) this Whisky is an absolute beast, 75.5% of this liquid is from Ardbeg (one of my personal favourites) and it really comes through.
Callum Finds His Way Around Some Compass Box Drams
Today I have been dramming on a couple of special editions from Compass box, Phenomenology and No Name, but before I get to that, a little bit about Compass Box.
Ardbeg An Oa
I'm a big fan of Ardbeg distillery, Ardbeg 10 year was the first 'heavily' peated whisky I had tried many moons ago (well I thought it was the smokiest thing I had ever tasted at that point) so Ardbeg holds a special place in my heart.
Woodford Reserve Kentucky Straight Rye
We use Woodford Reserve Straight Rye as our house pour rye for the last year or so, it’s got a decent back bone and stands up in classic rye based cocktails, but I have never got really into it in depth straight up as I always use it for mixing, so this should be interesting.
As a brand Few are extremely trendy, with cool branding and a great backstory.
Bulleit Frontier Whisky 95 Rye
Bulleit predicted the rye boom before I had even properly got into whisky
Michters US*1 Straight Rye Whiskey
This is going to be my first experience with Michters.
Jack Daniels Single Barrel Rye
I was lucky enough to try Jack Daniels single barrel Rye for the first time a few months ago, it's the first new mash recipe since 1866 (Mind Blown!), I was quite surprised to hear that Jack Daniels was getting involved in the rye boom!
Callum Rye-Views Some American Drams
Well, being a huge fan of Rye whisky I thoroughly enjoyed doing this set of write ups, even though I have tried a fair few Rye whiskies in the past this is the first time I’ve had five side by side and really sat down and scrutinised them.
